We selected for you a product of excellence Olivastra Seggianese, with a light fruit flavour, using a single variety from the centuries’ old olive trees on Mount Amiata.
Olivastra Seggianese is a fine olive oil, made from an old variety of olive trees which bear the same name: Olivastra Seggianesse, an unique variety in Amiata region from the south part of Tuscany.
This variety has a special low temperatures resistance, being a very high quality product in every way.
We chose for you balsamic vinegar Goccia Oro and Goccia Rosa directly from the producer.
Acetomodena is a traditional family farm, situated in Modena surrounded by their own vineyard. The vinegar is obtained through natural stum grapes fermentation procedures followed by slow maturation in wood barrels.
goccia oro ennobles the special taste of maturated cheese, vanilla ice cream and chocolate cakes.
goccia rosa has a slightly acid taste being indispensable for salads and crudités.

is a sparkling brut wine obtained by second fermentation in “cuve close”, 100% Glera exclusively from the San Floriano vineyard. The color is pale, straw-colored and bright.
San Floriano has a complex bouquet of fruit salad, peach, apple and lime with the heady scents of wisteria and orange flowers. Exquisite taste: In the mouth the wine shows the same intensity, supported by good acidity. Fresh fruit, elegance and depth. Fine and persistent. Drinkable along the whole meal. Perfect matching with oysters and salty fishes.

Superior brut is a pale straw, bright, refreshing and equilibrated dry wine. Variety and Grapes are 100% Glera of the classical production area. Obtained by pressing, cooling of must and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in ”cuve close”. The flavors are hints of flowers, apple, pear and citrus fruits. Taste s like hints of flowers, apple, pear and citrus fruits also in the mouth. Flavorful and freshness. Fine and persistent bubbles. Very creamy.
Matching perfectly as a Great refreshing aperitif. Well paired with appetizers, pasta and risotto, fish and white meat dishes. Serving temperature: 6° - 8° degrees.

is a sparkling wine obtained exclusively from 100% Glera, exclusively from an ancient origin vineyard, named “Grave di Stecca”, on the slopes of Prealpi, just near the town center.
The vineyard, exposed to south and partly screened by a huge park, enjoys a particular micro-climate. This wine is obtained of the second fermentation in “cuve close” through the charmat method. It is brilliant and pale straw colored. Plenty of fine softly arising bubbles
It has flavors scents of ripe fruit, aromatic herbs, sage; intense mineral and flint notes.
It Tastes dry but creamy. Persistent, with a touch of toasted almond.
Drinkable throughout the meal, it goes very well with ham, shellfish, fish and chips, shrimp and vegetable” tempura”.
