Our story begins in 2008. Our story translates into a great passion. Passion for people, passion for special foods, passion for the smallest details, music, ambience and atmosphere! We love them all with passion! We are constantly searching, with enthusiasm, for the perfect ingredients, which we then transform, with great passion, into the perfect plate for you!
We maintain our standards at the highest possible level by importing the best quality raw material from Italy. We collaborate with suppliers from Italy for extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh olives, artichokes, parmesan, fresh fish, prosciutto crudo, a wide variety of cheeses, salami, pasta, wines and prosecco as well as many other original ingredients.

PRATO Restaurant, located in the heart of Brașov, has been a reference point for excellence in gastronomy since 2008. PRATO is much more than a simple restaurant. PRATO is a family, a community and a meeting place for lovers of culinary art. The elegant atmosphere and the courtesy of a service always at the disposal of our guests make a happy pair with our attention to the most precise choice of raw materials that compose our menu.
